PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Doug specializes in both landlord and tenant representation for retail clients. Doug’s landlord specialization includes the pre-leasing, preliminary shopping center design and layout of to-be-built projects, as well as, re-leasing existing projects and surplus properties. Doug’s recent responsibilities include the leasing of a newly constructed 670,000 SF shopping center in the Salem/Keizer market – Keizer Station.

Doug's tenant representation background includes the development and implementation of a variety of tenant assignments, including market analysis, site selection and deal negotiations throughout Oregon and Washington. Doug is experienced in overall market penetration analysis for both emerging and existing trade area markets, confidential retail site requirements, leasing and build-to-suit transactions and property disposition services for both national and local retailers.
