Since 2003 Scott has been representing both Landlords and Tenants in Oregon and Southwest Washington. He prides himself to have worked with local, regional and national credit tenants with their market plans. On the Landlord side his scope of accomplishments includes a $100,000,000 redevelopment in the suburbs, to urban land assemblage, and various ground up retail projects state wide.
